Hervé Léger
Going into Hervé Léger’s FW ’16 show, I thought I knew what to expect. They have long been the master behind what most know as ‘body-con’ or ‘bandage’ dresses and this season the master taught a new lesson: deconstruction. Strutting down the runway this time were the ever-sexy signature dresses this time embellished with new details such as fringe, safety pins and chains which upped the cool-girl vibe. The styling spoke to that new edgy movement as well and was one of my favorite details: cozy sweaters tied in unorthodox fashion around the models. Knee-high patent leather lace-up boots gave the models the perfect finishing touch.
